Applying Malaysian Law
These Terms and Conditions, and any separate agreement under which the Company supplies products or services, are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Accepting Exclusive Jurisdiction
By using the website and its services, the Customer agrees to the following.
Any dispute, controversy or claim relating to the site, a transaction on it, or the breach, termination or invalidity of these Terms, falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
The Customer waives any objection to that venue on grounds of inconvenient forum or similar reasoning.
Complying With Local Law Abroad
The Company makes no claim that its materials, products or services are appropriate for use everywhere. A Customer accessing the site from outside Malaysia is responsible for complying with the applicable local laws in their own location.
