Knowing the Cancellation Window
An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellation may no longer be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.
Requesting a Cancellation
The Customer contacts customer service with the order number.
The support team verifies the order’s status and confirms eligibility.
Receiving a Refund
The refund is issued to the original payment method.
It reaches the Customer within 7–14 business days.
